Coca-Cola x Essence Festival — Event Itinerary Design
Designed a branded one-page event itinerary for Coca-Cola’s activation presence at the 30th Essence Festival of Culture in New Orleans. The piece was created to organize and communicate a multi-day schedule of programming, panels, and branded experiences across various activation areas including the Simply Backyard, Smartwater booth, Coca-Cola main booth, and additional festival spaces. The design focused on creating a clean and easy-to-navigate information system while maintaining alignment with Coca-Cola’s event branding and visual identity. Responsibilities included layout design, typography hierarchy, schedule organization, and visual refinement for print-ready distribution throughout the activation experience. The final deliverable was designed for on-site attendee use and branded environmental integration during the festival weekend.
